Our Farm Internships began in 2025 to provide our community with a skill based training and knowledge program in market gardening and regenerative agriculture. Interns have become an integral part of our team, contributing time and energy to support the growth of our market garden.

    • Plant production and harvest
    • Farm systems development
    • Tool maintenance and use
    • Crop and soil management
    • Improving farm infrastructure
    • Farm produce product development using a circular food economy perspective
    • Attending Markets at Geelong or South Geelong
    • Group discussions

Our Summer Internship starts Wednesday 13 January 2027. 

Interns are required onsite Wednesday and Thursday 8 - 3.30pm.

I got the chance to go between agriculture on the farm, and horticulture in the gardens where I was given the job of designing, planning and planting in the garden spaces.
