This chutney was made from an excess of mangoes rescued from Geelong Foodshare and is a toast to a more secure food system. Saving produce from landfill and waste, we have preserved these prized fruit into a delicious spiced chutney for you to enjoy with curries, toasties and cheese boards.

Use interchangeably as a spiced relish/chutney. Serve with your eggs in the morning, on toasties, as a side for veggie bowls loaded with farm veg, and of course with curries.

INGREDIENTS: Mango, onion, salt, sugar, ginger, coriander, white wine vinegar, mustard powder, mustard seed, chilli flakes, veg oil
