Seasonal Salad Mix: A vibrant mix of tender & crunchy leaves ready to toss straight into salads or layer into wraps and sandwiches.
Rocket: A bold, peppery leaf that adds a punch of flavour. Scatter over pizza, fold through salads, or serve alongside grilled meats and roasted veg.
Baby Kale: A soft, tender leaf with that’s easily eaten raw or lightly cooked. Perfect in salads, smoothies, sandwiches, or gently wilted into pastas and curries.
Baby Spinach: Young, delicate leaves with a mild, earthy taste. Delicious fresh in salads or smoothies, or stirred through omelettes, soups, and pasta.
Mizuna: A feathery green with a mild, peppery kick and crisp stems (like rocket but softer!). Add fresh to salads, pile onto sandwiches, or lightly toss through warm stir-fries.
